ABWOON
Breath of Life Meditation Class

The Qi-Gong (Chi-Gong), Taijiquan
(Tai Chi Chuan) and Baguaguan
techniques practiced in this class
will guide you to return to the awareness
of the Divine Breath within you.

Connecting with the flow of Divine Breath will bring you greater strength, relief of emotional and physical issues, and the realization of how to apply your intrinsic gifts to your everyday life. This class incorporates simple movements, all of which can be learned in the first class.  These same movements are used by Masters for life. We will open all the YIN meridians and deepen in the awareness of Divine Breath.  Each participant will reach the breath which resides beyond the Heart center.
You will connect with and gain greater insight of the natural skills and gifts housed within you and be able to increase their effectiveness in your life. You will come to know of your Divine Nature and how it relates to all of Creation.  You will be cleansed and purified through a closing guided meditation.
The class will be guided by Larry Reynolds.  Larry has studied martial arts for more than 30 years.  He has worked as a spiritual intuitive for over 20 years
providing individuals with a clear evaluation of one’s relationship with his or her
own Divine Origin. He has pioneered a new healing technique, which, through
Spiritual Release, Larry reunites clients with the Divine power inherent within us all. He teaches how to transform and release the challenges and disease we face in this life.  Larry has expanded his practice to also benefit animals, corporations, churches, social organizations, governmental offices, and health institutions.

A brief description of the meditation process as Larry teaches it:

I have been working as a spiritual intuitive for over 25 years and have had the opportunity to be present and preside over many meditations over the past 40 years beginning in martial arts and progressing to a meditation style without “Martial attributes”.   Many of the meditations I have witnessed have basically inverted the process from that of a greater source to that of self-seeking a higher self.  In my basic thoughts and meditations early on I began to ask a question; why would I seek a lesser form to determine the definition of a higher form?  It occurred to me, why wouldn’t I go directly to a force greater than myself and seek the definition of self from that perspective.  In doing so I have been blessed to teach many Yogi’s and Masters meditation techniques which have increased their awareness of the Divine which precedes them and is specific in nature but limitless in form.
In this process I have discovered that all knowledge is fully present for all to tap from within.  When we touch this awareness we are able to enter the world and reveal ways of supporting or confirming this internal knowledge.  This increased awareness is evidenced by the blessings we show through our actions and measurable results of our day.   I believe the meditation process, when properly engaged, becomes a living and never ending cycle of life and not a singular act set aside as a time to separate ourselves from the influences of the world.  In a word the work I do brings people to the realization that meditation in breath is available in an unceasing manner and is able to bring greater clarity to everything we engage in.   The meditations I teach emerge from a “Living Prayer” of the moment and are not predetermined or following a specific style known to society.
As I mentioned, all knowledge and understanding is available to all from a source far greater than the individual.  Some have named this source the Tao, the Source, enlightenment, the state of ascension, or Christ consciousness, in me I understand it as Creator.  When I seek the source within me through breath I connect to knowledge and wisdom, which has evidenced Divine Healings, physical healings, and emotional freedom for thousands.  This process I guide people through connects them directly to the source of all blessing and nothing of darkness can sustain within the presence of all Light.  This is what has come to be known as the Living Prayer and it is revealed in many ways.  As I begin I am taken into the meditative state and many things happen.  One is I am overtaken by Creator and there are many languages which emerge from me.  I have been blessed to speak every Earthly tongue and some heavenly tongues as well.  It is fascinating to participate in and comedic in the fact that I failed French and Spanish in my youth.  I teach very simple breathing techniques which are duplicable by all people in any stage of health or fitness level.
One of the main premises I have encountered is that religion wishes to possess that which cannot be possessed.   It is my hope to free people from religious constructs and the limits of mans knowledge and open them to the greater truths that lie within them.
As I mentioned earlier I have had the joyful experience of seeing thousands healed as I engage in this process and people have also reported many changes in the perceptions of their physical beings and how their bodies respond to physical norms accepted through humanity.  One that specifically comes to mind is many woman in child baring years have found that the lie of the “curse of womanhood” (the menstrual cycle) has fallen away and they find increased strength as the ova is converted to life force within their bodies without the customary discharge.   This simple realization turns the common knowledge of man upside down and opens people to a life of physical and emotional blessing.

I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and see the chapel and learn more about the work you are doing at the college.  I hear wonderful things about the progressive and awakening consciousness, which prevails at Skidmore College.
